We also operate a wheelchair loan service by appointment only. This is available for Basildon area residents only. You are required to become a member £12 annual membership, also pay a deposit of £30-50.
The deposit is refunded when the wheelchair is returned in good condition. Hire period is 6 weeks at a time maximum of 12 weeks. No charge is made for the actual hire period. For further details please telephone the Wheelchair Loan Service and talk to our friendly staff on 01268 294235

We can deliver the chairs to you at the price of £10 if required, or you can collect the chair from the George Hurd Centre from Monday to Friday, 10AM to 3PM.
